Any order placed on the website implies unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
Products
The products sold are manufacturedon demandafter the order has been confirmed.
The photographs, illustrations, and images displayed on the website are for informational purposes only. Slight differences in color or appearance may occur depending on the screen or printing process.
Order
Any order is considered final after:
- confirmation of the shopping cart;
- acceptance of these Terms and Conditions;
- receipt of payment.
An order confirmation is sent by email.
Prices
Prices are listed in euros (€).
Shipping costs are specified before the order is confirmed.
My Daki reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.
Payments are made using the methods offered on the website.
The order will not go into production until payment has been confirmed.
Made-to-Order Production
Since products are manufactured specifically for each order:
- no inventory is kept;
- production begins after payment is confirmed.
The average production time is3 to 10 business days, plus shipping time.
These timeframes are approximate.
Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times depend on the carrier and the destination country.
My Daki cannot be held liable for delivery delays or issues attributable to the carrier or to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their delivery address.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, products manufactured to the customer’s specifications or significantly personalized are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
Since body pillows are made to order specifically for each order,they cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to the seller.
Returns and Complaints
The customer has14 daysafter receipt to report a product that is:
- defective;
- damaged during shipping;
- not in accordance with the order.
One or more photographs may be requested in order to review the complaint.
Upon approval, My Daki may offer:
- a replacement;
- a refund;
- or any other appropriate solution.
Order Cancellation
An order may be canceled only if production has not yet begun.
Once production has begun, no cancellations will be accepted.
Legal Warranty
The products are covered by the applicable legal warranties in effect.
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear;
- improper use;
- improper maintenance.
Personal Data
Personal data is used solely for:
- processing orders;
- delivery;
- customer service.
It is processed in accordance with the website’s privacy policy.
Force Majeure
My Daki shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from an event of force majeure.
